Xavio for companies

B2B / enterprise tier — RFQ, SSO, custom contracts, dedicated CSM.

This guide is for B2B businesses, multi-location brands, distributors, and enterprise teams using Xavio as a full commerce + customer-experience stack — not just a single storefront.

Who this guide is for

  • You handle bulk catalogues (1000+ SKUs) and need bulk import / sync.
  • You sell B2B with MOQs, GST-aware pricing tiers, and RFQs.
  • You need multi-staff seats with role-based access and audit logs.
  • You need API + webhooks with an SLA.
  • You want custom contract terms — MSA, DPA, custom data residency.
  • You need a dedicated CSM + a roadmap input channel.
  • You expect 99.95% uptime and SOC-style operational discipline.
If you're a single creator or shop, see [Sellers](./SELLERS.md). If you're building software on top of Xavio, see [Developers](./DEVELOPERS.md).

What "Company" tier includes

Company tier is custom pricing — we structure the contract around your volume, integration needs, and operational requirements. Talk to sales.

What's standard in every Company contract:

  • Unlimited inventory — products, services, posts, lives, boosts,
bookings.
  • Bulk B2B catalogue — SKU-level pricing tiers, MOQs, customer-group
pricing, bulk import via CSV / API.
  • RFQ engine — buyers request quotes; you respond with custom
pricing; the quote turns into an order when accepted.
  • GST-aware checkout — auto-computes CGST / SGST / IGST per buyer
state, generates compliant tax invoices, supports interstate B2B e-invoice (above the IRP threshold).
  • B2B audience segmentation — target by buyer-state, business type,
GST class, MOQ history.
  • Dedicated CSM — named customer success manager. Quarterly business
reviews. Roadmap input channel.
  • SLA + SSO — 99.95% uptime SLA, SAML / OIDC SSO, audit log export.
  • Custom contract — MSA, DPA, custom data residency, custom retention
policies, indemnification clauses.
  • Lowest platform fee — 1.5% on every B2B sale (same as Premium
merchant) or a negotiated flat rate above a volume threshold.
  • Volume-tiered API — higher rate limits, dedicated webhook delivery,
priority support queue.

How sales works

  1. Email partnerships at xavio.in with your use case.
  2. We schedule a 30-min discovery call.
  3. You get a written proposal within 5 business days covering scope,
pricing, timeline, SLAs, contract terms.
  1. Legal review.
  2. Signed MSA + DPA. Onboarding kicks off with your assigned CSM.
Average onboarding from signature to live storefront: **2–4 weeks**, depending on catalogue size, integration complexity, and whether you bring existing data.

Implementation pattern

Most Company onboardings follow a four-phase rollout:

Phase 1 — Discovery + design (week 1)

  • CSM kick-off call. We map your existing commerce stack (Shopify,
WooCommerce, custom, SAP, etc.) and your goals.
  • We design the storefront information architecture: how categories
map, how customer-group pricing surfaces, how RFQs flow.
  • We agree on which connectors (Shopify sync / WooCommerce / Zapier /
custom API) to wire.

Phase 2 — Data + integration (weeks 2–3)

  • Bulk import your catalogue. We support CSV, JSON, API push, and
Shopify / WooCommerce direct sync.
  • Wire SSO (SAML or OIDC).
  • Connect payment gateway (one or more of Razorpay, Cashfree, PhonePe).
  • Map GST classes per SKU.
  • Set MOQs and customer-group pricing tiers.
  • Stand up the webhook delivery for orders / leads / RFQs.

Phase 3 — Pilot + training (week 3)

  • Soft-launch to a subset of buyers (whitelisted by domain / email).
  • Train your staff seats on the dashboard, order fulfilment, RFQ
responses, lead inbox CRM.
  • Run through edge cases: refunds, cancellations, partial fulfilment,
invoice corrections.

Phase 4 — Launch + steady state (week 4+)

  • Full launch.
  • Quarterly business reviews start in Q+1.
  • Roadmap input via your CSM — your needs feed into our planning.

Multi-staff seats

Company tier includes up to 25 staff seats by default; more on request. Each seat carries a role:

  • Owner — full access including billing and contract.
  • Admin — full operational access, no billing.
  • Manager — operations + reports, no settings.
  • Staff — order fulfilment, inventory, customer chat.
  • Viewer — read-only access for auditors / compliance.
Audit log: every state-changing action by every seat is logged with timestamp, actor, target, before/after. Exportable from `/dashboard/audit`.

SSO

We support SAML 2.0 and OpenID Connect. Connect your IdP at /dashboard/settings/sso. Once SSO is on:

  • Staff log in via your IdP.
  • Local password fallback can be disabled.
  • Account provisioning happens at first login (just-in-time).
  • Group → role mapping is configurable.

Data residency + retention

Default: data sits in our Hetzner Singapore region. We can negotiate a Mumbai region for Company tier customers who need data-residency compliance under DPDP Act. Data retention policies are configurable per your sector requirements (e.g. retain orders for 7 years to meet RBI's KYC norms).

Compliance + certifications

Where we are today (2026):

  • DPDP Act (Digital Personal Data Protection Act, India): compliant.
  • GST + e-invoice IRP: integrated for B2B invoices above ₹5 crore
aggregate annual turnover.
  • PCI DSS: we don't store card data — Razorpay / Cashfree / PhonePe
handle PCI scope.
  • SOC 2 Type II: in progress.
  • ISO 27001: planned for 2027.
Custom security questionnaires are accepted; expect 7–10 business days turnaround.

RFQ workflow

The RFQ engine is the unique B2B feature. Flow:

  1. Buyer opens a product or category and taps Request quote.
  2. Buyer fills a short form: quantity, delivery target date, custom
specs (free text), shipping address.
  1. RFQ lands in /dashboard/rfqs with buyer context (company name,
GST class, past order volume).
  1. You respond with a quote: line items, prices, total, validity
period, optional T&Cs.
  1. Buyer accepts (one tap) → RFQ converts to an order. Buyer
declines or counter-offers → back to you.
  1. Order flow then proceeds normally.
Quote-aware analytics: win rate, average response time, average margin vs. list price, top-converting product categories.

Bulk catalogue management

  • CSV import: drop a CSV into /dashboard/products/import. We
validate against the schema and report row-level errors before commit.
  • API push: use the products API to upsert SKUs from your existing
PIM.
  • Shopify direct sync: connect a Shopify store in
`/dashboard/connectors/shopify` → we keep product, inventory, and order data in sync.
  • WooCommerce sync: same pattern via the WP plugin.
  • Real-time inventory: when a sale happens on Xavio, the inventory
hit is mirrored to your source-of-truth system via webhook within ~2s.

Customer-group pricing

Define customer groups (e.g. "Retail", "Wholesale tier 1", "Wholesale tier 2", "Distributor") and assign pricing rules per product per group. Buyers see prices that match their group automatically.

Group assignment can be:

  • Manual — admin-assigned.
  • Domain-based — anyone signing up with a specific email domain.
  • Volume-based — auto-bumped after crossing thresholds.
  • API-controlled — pushed from your CRM.

FAQ

What's the difference between Premium merchant and Company? Premium merchant covers most "fully-grown shop" needs: unlimited catalogue, custom domain, API access, 25 staff seats. **Company adds B2B**: RFQs, MOQs, customer-group pricing, SSO, custom contract, dedicated CSM, SLA. If you do B2B sales, you're Company. If you do B2C only, Premium merchant is usually enough.

Can we self-host? No. Xavio is a multi-tenant SaaS. The Hetzner Singapore region is the default; Mumbai is available as a Company tier option for data residency.

Can we white-label the storefront? Yes — custom domain (e.g. shop.yourbrand.com) + custom branding (logo, colour palette, typography). Email + push notification templates are also customisable. The Xavio brand stays in the footer for attribution but can be replaced with a custom badge under contract.

Can we get a dedicated infrastructure? For very high volume (>10 000 orders / day or similar), we can discuss a dedicated instance. This is a custom engagement above the standard Company tier.

How does pricing scale? Custom. Floor pricing typically starts at ₹50 000–₹100 000 / month for Company plans depending on volume, integration complexity, and SLA tier. Above a certain volume, we switch to a flat negotiated rate so unit economics stabilise.

Do you offer training? Yes. Every Company onboarding includes 2–4 training sessions for your staff. Additional training is available at a daily rate. Recorded sessions become part of your internal knowledge base.

What support channels do we get?

  • Dedicated CSM (named).
  • Priority Slack channel (shared between your team + our CS).
  • Standard ticket queue at <https://xavio.in/support>.
  • Phone hotline for Sev-1 incidents.
Can we migrate off Xavio later? Yes. We provide a full data export in standard formats (CSV + JSON) on request. Buyer / order data, catalogue, lead data, audit logs — all exportable. No lock-in beyond the contract term.

Frequently asked questions

What does the Nafafy company tier include?

B2B features — request-for-quote (RFQ) listings, bulk/tiered pricing, SSO, custom contracts, and a dedicated customer-success manager. It suits manufacturers, wholesalers and enterprises selling to other businesses rather than individual consumers.

How does RFQ work on Nafafy?

You publish an RFQ listing with minimum order quantity and a price range; buyers submit quote requests, and you respond with a formal quotation in-app. It's built for B2B negotiation where prices aren't fixed on a shelf.
